In the Philippines where I grew up, every doctor/hospital/dentist etc. visits are paid by the individual's pocket. Medical insurance are available but are most of the time too expensive for both the employer and employees. So majority don't have any insurance.
When I lived in Canada, at the time, every visit/procedure is paid for by the government. If you work in the field, you see that the abuse is rampant. Luckily, I was told that there are already some changes to it.
In the U.S. the government is currently trying to change healthcare to be more affordable and available to all. Would this be a good or bad change?
How is healthcare where you live?

In Denmark we pay for our universal health care through our taxes, so in a sense we're all paying for each other.

I neglect to mention that in Canada the taxes are very high too because the healthcare among others is included in the taxes. People with higher income pay more taxes. So what we see are people who goes to the doctor for all kinds of aches, pains and illnesses then they bring that doctor's note to the employment agencies to get benefits and the cycle just keeps on going.

That doesn't happen so often here, people respect the privilege of not having to pay a solid fuckton of money for relatively simple medical things. I've read stories about unfortunate people in America where their medical bills were so high they had to take out loans, borrow from everyone they knew or just straight up die slowly and painfully. To me that just seems completely retarded when you look at other countries like Canada and Denmark where those people won't have to worry about the bills, they just have to worry about getting better.

That is the advantage of living in a socialist government.
If America is going to give universal healthcare. People are worried about going socialist. I don't see anything bad about it. We won't have Queens like you do but everything will be monitored by the government.

Why would everything be monitored?

Isn't that how it goes? You go to any agencies for employment or go to any healthcare offices or any where and the government knows your every move. Although I think the government here is already monitoring most peoples movement anyways

It doesn't quite work like that. The government doesn't track It's citizens here. Yeah you get a job, go to a medical clinic and the government knows about it, but they don't use it for anything. I mean they don't get a daily report about who went where, and got what done. They don't keep track of everybody, that's silly and unrealistic, they keep track of important people like criminals or politicians, but the average citizen isn't tracked or spied on.

I agree tracking millions of citizens' daily activities would be unrealistic and silly. But here, people are paranoid about privacy. Although I think it silly why people are so paranoid about their privacy and have facebook, twitter, blogs and other online social accounts, use credit cards and discount and membership cards like crazy and still worry about privacy.

Exactly. That whole "the government is watching" paranoia is stupid. People must think they're far more interesting than they actually are. Unless you're building bombs in your garage with the money leftover from robbing crappy liquor stores, the government really probably doesn't care about you.

I agree with that.
So everybody have some family member fighting for our democracy. Now the government feels like the gap between the rich and the poor is getting bigger and thinking of going universal in healthcare, so everybody will have the same access to care. But when a country started out as free choice and now there might just be one choice. It is difficult.
